Pretty much what I ate almost everyday for breakfast since with my level of Cantonese this was the best I could order without using Mandarin in neighborhoods. It's like Singapore's Yong tau foo, you first order by saying which noodle you want, which in this case, (kway Teow, thick noodles(粗面), thin noodles(细面), yellow noodles(油面),bee hoon and vermicelli(米粉,米线). Then you give the number of ads ons, and what kind of add on you want, which is all already available like (hot dogs, xiumai, fish balls, and many other balls...) they will cook it all together and give it to you within like 3 minutes? Normally comes with a set of milk tea or soya bean! Pretty good and cheap way to eat in Hong Kong but not healthy in the long run.
