Sliced tender octopus with paprika & olive oil
This dish really took me by surprise, first by its beautiful outward appearance. The entire octopus leg was seasoned lightly and pan fried (I think). The end result? Tender and soft pieces on the fatter end of the leg, and crisp and crunchy pieces at the thinner edges. Was really pleased by the simplicity of this dish! The only downside is its slightly steep price, compared to the other tapas options.
