Their long-grain basmati rice has a mild grainy earthy floral sweet flavour with a loose fluffy texture, incredibly light and easy-to-eat. The juicy cucumber lends vegetal sweet flavour, the soft fried chicken egg has eggy savoury sweet flavour, and the crisp crunchy deep-fried ikan bilis / anchovies carry fishy salty savoury flavour.

The springy breaded fish surimi fillet has sweet savoury flavour, yum. The turmeric marinated deep-fried chicken wing is crunchy outside and tender inside, with meaty savoury spice flavour. The thin sambal tumis / stir-fried chili paste is smooth with pronounced sweet savoury spice flavour. Nicely appealing.
