The pork ribs were sweet and tender with sufficient fats for that melty mouthfeel. Fried okra were crunchy with none of that slimy finish but could do with a teeny less sodium. The onsen egg, not flowy, had a soft custardy texture that tasted just as good. Anything that comes alittle charred, it is best to have cucumbers by the side as a palate cleanser and a detox.

Overall, quite tasty but I do find the portion atad small. Perhaps abit more rice and slightly more sauce?
