I think “Mixian” is another term for thick beehoon. Man, this is the best ever Hong Kong style café (cha caan teng\茶餐厅) I’ve ever been to! Pork Cartilage was cooked to perfection, it’s almost like konjac jelly, firm but disintegrates rapidly upon chewing, a wonderful experience! They had not disappoint the masters from Kagoshima! 100% worth it!
