Not overcooked. Has to have that prawn and pork flavors in the gravy. Strips of pork belly, abundant baby squids and should have sufficient prawns for that extra umami. Yes... a definite wokhei-ish mouthfeel. And for an absolute #foodgasm .... crispy, sinful and addictive pork lard!!! ▫▪
This was good. Personally prefer more prawns than baby squids.
