This is unfortunately the worst beef don I’ve had to date. It used Australian Wagyu beef and costs $68.80. For such a premium price, I expect the beef to be cooked properly but it was not. Some cuts were cooked medium and others were well done. The meat was also along the grain which resulted in a very tough, rubbery texture that made it extremely hard to chew. I’ve had beef made from cheaper cuts that tasted better than this. Rice was also on the stale side. To be very blunt, I’d not pay more than $5 for this, let alone $68.80.
