Well-fried fries that is crispy on the outside and mashy on the inside, drenched in mayonaise, chilli and Hoisin sauce. The sauces went so well together, creating a sweet and spicy kick with a creamy texture. Portion of fries is very generous too! Good for 3-4 to share. Also had the Pulled Pork Burger with Fries as my mains (photo up soon).
