People went to #beerfestasia for the beer. I went for the food. Yes, I guess I am a little predictable.
Ordered the 3 items, all noodles, cooked up by Chefs Michael Han and Petrina, and loved them. Considering the two chefs had prepared the food in the semi-dark tiniest of spaces made it even more impressive.
This was the Wagyu Brisket and Tendon Japanese Cheese Curry Noodles, and it was every bit the delicious guilty indulgence you‘d expect just by looking at it. Each lift of my chopstick brought forth springy noodles with melted cheese clinging on for dear life. The chunky pieces of beef and tendon were uber tender and tasty, and gave the Japanese curry soup more flavour too.
