What you can expect: garlicky, tangy marinated pork slices (just 4 though), a pair of fried wonton (delicious!), and egg noodles bathed in gravy with a distinct meaty flavour. Starchy noodles are normally anathema to me, but the hint of starchiness here blended seamlessly with the sauce and gave it a nice viscosity. A pretty decent meal but no wow-factor. Maybe because the fusion trend is getting a bit hackneyed…
