This is steamed lobster over tang hoon or clear vermicelli. The sauce was the light soya sauce exactly the same one found on steamed fish. A reasonable sized whole lobster, quite fresh and sweet chunky flesh. But I would prefer it without the vermicelli.

I do love #crustaceans and I liked this lobster dish. Thanks to @burpplebeyondfans I had two lobsters because of the one for one main. I am a happy gal!! Wootz!
