Revisiting the Miso Cheese Tart at Prodigal Cafe is like reconnecting with a first lover again — after all, the Miso Cheese Tart is the item that I went on the very first visit I had made to Prodigal Roasters. Nothing has changed since then, and it’s still good from what it is from the start — the cheese curd being lightly yet evidently cheesy, while the Miso Caramel helps to induce that slight hint of saltish-sweetness that acts as a less intense version of salted caramel that works really well with the cheese. Still as good as ever, especially when coupled with the Dirty/White.
