@ Hualong Fishhead Steamboat Decided to try their tzechar’s steamed fish for a change instead of their usual fishhead steamboat.

Slightly disappointed as I was expecting more, or probably cuz I ordered grouper instead of my usual pomfret to go with the Teochew steaming style🤷🏻‍♀️ Nevertheless, fish was still fresh but would definitely recommend pomfret to go with this cooking style otherwise just stick to their signature fishhead steamboat!! 💁🏻‍♀️
