Just like the Time Bomb Maguro (S$9.90) raw tuna lightly grilled on the outside and still soft on the inside and the taste was enhanced by the smoky flavour.
Expect beautiful cuts of beef, charcoal-grilling, sushi, sukiyaki and shabu-shabu methods here along with a collection of specially imported sake and a list of cocktails to go along. .
