Tucked behind Amoy Hotel, Yuki Onna served one of the best chirashi don I’ve ever had in Singapore.

Love how the creamy mentaiko sauce worked wonderfully with crunchy potato noodles 😙 This torched Mentai Rosti certainly hits all the right spots!
