Carbonara with egg confit, truffle butter and ham crumble - Not your normal carbonara using the main pasta choices out there, the pasta choice for this dish is chitarra, the texture is similar to spaghetti, but is more of the thicker version, and has the texture which allows the cream sauce to adhere well, making the whole dish soooooooo enjoyable!

I exceptionally love how their cream sauce tasted sooooooo creamy and full of cheesy goodness. Ahhh, this is so delicious I will order it as a main anytime! However, this is a free sampling so I bet the main dish itself will be even more generous in portion! Definitely highly recommended 😍😁!
