New kid in the hipster hood of Everton. Paid $11.20 for a waffle with two scoops of ice cream - lychee rose and red velvet. Their ice cream flavors change periodically which explains why the miso Gula Melaka and some popcorn flavor that I wanted to try wasn't available. 😩😪😔 Ice cream are made with the aim to be healthier (without preservatives and less sugar). Texture of the ice cream was less creamier and tasted something between a sherbet and ice cream. Flavors wise was pretty refreshing and light. Waffles was crispy, airy and tasted like some kinda old school biscuit. 😉😉
