Reported as operating since May 2021, though it is likely this stall opened before that, they are praised for their rendition which carries strong wok hei / breath of the wok and authentic flavours.
.
Their version has chewy long cylindrical yellow egg noodles and silky thin bee hoon / rice vermicelli noodles tossed with a rich stock of pork bones and prawn shells, wispy chicken egg, and bits of crunchy pork lard. Garnished with crunchy deshelled prawns, bouncy squid rings, tender pork belly, soft bean sprouts, and a splash of lime juice.
.
Carries enticing smoky grainy eggy sweet savoury salty shrimpy flavour, with a kick of zesty sour tangy flavour from the lime juice. Props for the spicy chili kick as well.
