Mid-Autumn Festival is for family to spend time together, so I had dinner with my parents last Friday (on the exact day of the festival)😊. We had the soon hock on a previous visit and liked it, so we decided to order it again. The texture of the soon hock was as smooth as I remembered and the sauce was really tasty. Still one of my favourite dishes at Tung Lok😄 The skin of the roast pork was reallyyy crispy; it was crispier than those from the other chain Chinese restaurants such as Crystal Jade, Peach Garden etc. I liked it this way, but I guess it’s up to personal choice as some like it crispier than others. It was a nice touch that they served us mooncakes to celebrate the festival (though by that time I was so stuffed I had to struggle to eat haha). Overall, quality of food was consistent and we enjoyed the meal😊
