This soup may not be colorful but it was my favorite out of the three I sampled last night at @thesoupspoonsg .

This series is inspired mostly from #chubu and this particular one is vegan.
I like beancurd, beancurd skin and soy milk, and this soup has all of them! It is light and nourishing.
