And don't forget beneath lies a layer of charred rice which bears a most crispy texture, similarly to a cracker. This bit is the ultimate #ricegasm and most sinful for many.

A popular claypot chicken rice stall from Lorong 33 Geylang which moved to Beach Road. Waiting time is 30minutes. If you do not want to wait, my advice is to call them in advance, order your claypot. You just need to tell them time of your arrival.
