The young, curly shoots were crunchy and the flavourful gravy is perfect to go along with their free flow nasi wangi putih (fragrant white rice), nasi berempah kuning (yellow spiced rice) or brown rice. I highly recommend you have this gulai pucuk paku together with the nasi kuning. -
