My partner and I had got ourselves the Confit Salmon, Smoked duck pasta, Truffle chicken Ballotine and Truffle Kombu fries for our side. The salmon was so well-cooked, that it "melted" at the touch of my spoon and the trout roe, shaved fennel, parsley beurre blanc all complemented the salmon very well, leaving a lasting sensation on your tongue that makes you yearn for more. My partner's duck pasta had a Yuzu aftertaste that you would not be expecting in an italian dish, that pleasantly caught us by surprise, making the dish exquisite. My favourite had to be the Truffle chicken ballotine where the chicken was extremely tender and the sauces felt like a symphony in my mouth. This is a must-try!
