It comes with an abundance of seafood ingredients, including tamago, amaebi, salmon and kami, all lightly grilled and well flavoured. This is of course a new, hipster kind of Ramen, so this combination is pretty unusual. I am no Ramen expert, but the noodles tasted more like Korean Ramen then Japanese Ramen. Overall, it's an alternative combination but makes for an interesting meal. Give this a shot but don't expect something out of an Ippudo menu.
