Made a visit to Yee Kee Specialist Roasted Duck with a few friends who have raved about their charsiew. Ordered three different meats to share; roast duck, charsiew and roasted pork, and while the roast duck and roast pork were decent, it was the charsiew that blew me away. Both the lean and fatty ones were good, though the lean one seemed a tad drier. However, the charsiew's charred exterior was deliciously sweet, and the fatty parts were chunky carrying loads of bite which is what makes it so good. The stall's last day of operations would be on 29th August 2015, so do head down for a taste of the charsiew before it is all lost.
