There’s a choice between Yuzu Lavender or Raspberry Lavender Kakigori this season and many might go for the more aesthetically and insta pleasing Raspberry Lavender but the tangy Yuzu is my personally my preferred choice. Only available in this season, try it before it’s over. .

Finely shaved ice with tangy homemade Yuzu sauce, sprinkled with white chocolate shavings, Japanese Yuzu peels then topped with lavender espuma and homemade Yuzu financier. The genius was having the additional sweet white chocolate shavings that compliment the overall exceptional Kakigori experience.
