The robust broth filled with essence of the pork is well infused into the steam rice and crispy rice. The fish is fresh, making this dish light and comforting. Best part, the service staff continue to top up the broth just like in the BKT. I will definitely order the Pao Fan next time I visit Ya Hua Kovan.
