This magical looking cocking is supposed to invoke feelings of nostalgia with its use of Pei Pa Kao Jellies and a 'secret' ingredient of Bunga Telang (Blue Pea Flower - giving the drink that wonderful purple hue).😝 It was also super refreshing (dam you SG heatwave!) probably due to a base of coconut water, lime and pineapple juice which was topped off with Vermut Yzaguirre Classic Blanco (wut?). Hats off to the mixologist that came up with this concoction!
