Not every place sells mac & cheese. And suffice to say not every place that serves mac & cheese is good. So if this item appears on the menu, I’m usually down to trying it. This place also serves a porky version called Bac and Cheese. They replaced the mac with stringy bacon. Since I don’t eat pork, I had the conventional version.

Milligram doesn’t use the usual cheddar cheese sauce. They use mozzarella cheese instead, which is something different. In a way it was less queasy. It also came with a slice of bread and sunny side up.
