Tried Market Bistro recently and ordered the ribeye, duck confit, fried baby squid with sriracha mayo, and tiramisu.
The ribeye was nicely seasoned and cooked medium as requested, with pesto that paired well with the meat. The duck confit was tender and served with a flavourful glaze and creamy mashed potatoes.
The fried baby squid was chewy and savoury, with the sriracha mayo and lime adding a refreshing touch. The tiramisu was soft and balanced, with light cream and fluffy ladyfingers.
Service was quick and attentive, with staff checking in often and topping up our water. Overall, a very pleasant meal.
