One of the most surprising dish for me is the ðĒððððēðŋ ðĒðšðēðđðēðððē ($ððą/ðŪðą/ðŊðŽ). This is nothing like the orh luak commonly found in hawker centres- the plump oysters are stewed in a savoury sauce and served on top of a golden omelette. This is soooo tasty and goes really well with rice - so glad we decided to try this!
