Finally know the "standard" of their local 热炒. Not too shabby, dishes turned out slightly above average.
Shoutout to salted egg oyster mushroom and fried oysters! Salted egg wasn't a paste but real minced salted egg yolk stir fried with minced garlic! Oyster tasted light and majority of them were really plump and juicy!
Thumbs down to Crab egg tofu and Kyoto ribs. The egg tofu was Super bland, almost no taste while Kyoto ribs tasted just like normal 排骨王 but increased toughness. But I must admit, for a SGD$5 per plate, the portion is really huge.
