Three Buns won crowds over with their premium quality, juicy patties encased within home-made original / flavoured buns.
While the burgers still retain those signature markers, it keep the menu interesting with creations (exclusive to this new outlet) like the Bun DMC - an interesting recipe of watermelon rind relish, bawang goreng (fried shallots), onion purée and three islands mayo (mayo, ketchup, sriracha) on toasted buns and melted cheese.
My favourite, the Red Man Burger (Beef Rendang) has very well balanced flavour of tender beef cheeks slathered with a hearty sweet & spicy blend of over 10 spices and ingredients including stewed gula melaka topped with virgin coconut mayo and a touch of aromatic fragrance from the fluffy coconut milk infused buns. It is very sedap!
Other two exclusives - Da Cheese Master, juicy black Angus beef patty in double cheddar and the vegetarian friendly Truffello - truffle and portobello mushrooms are too good to pass up.
Apart from that, the Seng Dog an Asian inspired hotdog on toasted matcha bun is equally satisfying too! .
The new outlet features a newly curated menu with exclusive combinations & popular signatures, as well as weekend brunch and specially crafted tropical cocktails! .
