Elegantly served in a champagne flute, this complex drink is full of surprise flavours. 3-hours roasted pineapple then blended with Demerara, lime, Cynar, Meteoro Joven Mezcal and sea salt. First sip was sourish, savoury, inconspicuous sweetness from the pineapple, follow by the smoky aftertaste. Definitely a bold character one. RM50 per flute.
