Coffee Hazelnut Yule Log, Light Butter Cream, Caramelized Hazelnut, Citrus Ice Cream

Had a little bite of this too. Would be glad to have this as a log cake on a separate day (not after the steak).

Side note: the candle provides some of the best lighting for photography as the restaurant is dimly lit (hence the cave reference).
