Grilled chicken thigh stuffed with uni rice and topped with salmon roe and more bigger pieces of uni. Skin on thigh was beautifully grilled till crisp. The ikura bursting with saltyness. The creamy umami uni melts in your mouth, leaving one gasped in #foodgasm . Eat this and really be at a loss for words. So lipsmacking, literally!

Uni chicken rice costs $58++ . @binchosg new outlet at Dempsey just opened a couple of weeks back and is currently open for dinner only. It is located behind Min Jiang @dempsey .
