The noodle is crunchy, coated with dark, herbal and robust that will made your morning. Don't forget the robust soup infused with herbs and essence of the duck braising sauce. I had two servings on its own. .
The side dish: large intestines is soft, well braised and absent of any foul taste. The pig's ear is crunchy and gelatinously good. The hard boiled eggs and tofu absorbs the braising gravy nicely.
