Most people may be over the salted-egg-everything phase but when I saw this { 嘻哈滿堂歡 } Salted Egg Prawns on the menu, I knew in my heart that it will be good and well, my gut feel was spot-on again! .

You can’t tell from photo but the salted eggs on this was GAO (thick) but not overwhelming. Deep fried to perfection, I wish I had ordered the large portion instead of the medium. I shall be back for more of these 🦐 soon! .
