It is a bowl of treasures hidden beneath the finely shaved ice drizzled with ample amount of gula melaka! 😋 Once we started digging in, we got ourselves spoonfuls of silky smooth beancurd, softened red beans, chewy balls of mochi, and nata de coco. Though they set aside a small dish of sweet potato and yam mochi, we threw them into the bowl to join the dessert party. 😆

Not mind-blowing because the taste is pretty predictable and it is a considerably common street food in Taiwan, but we love the combination and it is a good change from having too much bingsu. 😉
