Missing the Rolled Noodles in Five Spice Broth at Platinum Fashion Mall food court (THB 65, ~S$2.80) so much! 😍😍😍 Slight variations from the Singapore style include rolled rice sheets instead if flat ones, as well as the broth! Lighter in taste as less dark soy sauce was used & less herbal, we slurped this up easily! 💕

Glad that the offals were cleaned properly & did not have any gamey taste! 👏🏻 Texture was good too - soft with right amount of chew! 😋 Generous portion of ingredients too - braised egg, roasted pork, pork liver, pork skin, intestines etc! ❤

The rendition of Rice Noodle Roll with Roasted Pork & Offal Soup Special at Terminal 21 food court (THB 32, ~S$1.40) was significantly less in portion with less flavourful broth & ingredients. But since it was half the price, on hindsight it is v decent too! 😂
