I eat a lot of ramen and this is not ramen.

The noodles is thicker than most ramen and tasted like u-mian in instant ramen broth. Although the broth is flavourful, it lacks the depth you get from ramen broth that takes much hours to prepare. The noodles are tasteless without the soup. The egg was well cooked but not well marinated. The pork is quite alright.

Overall it was okay but it's just not ramen. I would patron if I feel like spending money on an unconventional u-mian. For this price, I would rather add $4/5 more for a decent ramen in a restaurant.
