No wonder the staff looked so puzzled. It was Moonlight horfun. I reckoned it was so named because of the raw yellow eggyolk.

Sorry, but I broke the yolk because I see alot of the round eggyolk posts. Here I am playing with it, slowly dripping it over the noodles. First taste of this horfun which kinda reminds me of charkwayteow. Not too bad .. just a tad oily and a hint of the breath of the wok.
