Braised pork belly and ribs with sliced "abalone".

A very tender oriental style braised pork. A taste of star anise, cinnamon and five spice powder remind me so much about home cooking. The slow cooking process infused most of the flavor into the meat.

This is so good to go with some hot white rice.
