Easily one of the better ramens I have eaten in Singapore. Yoshimaru Ramen Bar slides its way up my list of must try ramens alongside Sanpoutei Ramen.

The Hakata Ramen I ate only cost $12.90, making it one of the most competitively priced ramens in the island. Top that with great tasting broth, so fragrant and smooth, deriving its richness and consistency from pork bones being boiled for many hours, resulting in a broth full of collagen goodness.

Additionally, the beautifully coooked lava egg was one of the best I tried ever. Smooth, runny and a touch of saltiness in the yolk sealed the deal for me. The noodles were springy, retaining that slightly chewy goodness without being rubbery at all. Yoshimaru's ramens are definitely a treat for the mouth and it is highly recommended from a Japanese food fanatic truly.
