Chocolate crunchy hazelnut snowskin with gin pineapple mooncake are the hotel's firsts when it comes to creating chocolate and alcoholic versions. Loved the gin pineapple most as it was almost a cocktail in solid state, refreshing burst of tropical-inspired flavours.
