It was sizzling but the sizzle stopped sizzling after I carried it to the table. The spaghetti was how I liked it. Spot on aldente. Tomato sauce, a tad thick in consistency with a hint of acidity. I, however, prefer a stronger tomato-ish satisfying kick.

It was enjoyable eating the spaghetti out from the hot pan as the residual heat kept it steamy. Will be back to try the other dishes.
