Indian restaurant Manam serves a fair number of uncommon South Indian dishes, and even though they are all delightful, my favourite has to be these flavour -packed morsels of masala prawns marinated in curry leaf paste. The aromatic spices are in perfect balance and don't overwhelm the delicate flavour of the well-cooked and succulent prawns at all.
