This modern Asian interpretation of the Thai curry that is now prepared with duck confit, Thai basil and crispy rice, is an absolute joy to eat. A slight spiciness in this creamy curry with the crispy duck meat and rice provided a flavour bomb with differencing texture from each bite. The addition of the Thai basil gave it a refreshing lift to complement the other heavy flavours as well.

To balance the meal, I also ordered the Broccoli (£5.50) that is pan-fried with hazelnuts, anchovies, sage and lemon butter. When the vegetables are equally delicious as to the meats and seafoods, you know this is a restaurant that you have to visit at least once when in Glasgow.
