We went to celebrate Dan's birthday (again) as the previous dinner did not count. To make it up to him, I let him choose the dinner venue and he suggested Culina. It was an excellent choice, we got to choose the meat from the counter and the chef will prepare the meat with a fee ; the steak was amazing especially the westholme wagyu beef MBS3-5 , it was juicy and tender. Whereas if you like more marbled steak, we were recommended to try westholme wagyu beef MBS6-7. The oysters were fresh, especially the Oyster Royal L'huitre! Overall, the food and service was unforgetably good, we will definitely return.
