This colossal dish from the boys at Curious Palatte is as beefy as it gets: The meat, cooked tender to the fork, is full of flavour and generously pilled onto crisp arugula leaves and a slice of toasted sourdough. A coating of coffee powder is dusted over the beef as well, lending a hint of roasted beans to the savoury beef. A helping of caramalised onions and sun-dried tomatoes add contrast to flavours, and the same could be said about the uh-MAY-zing espresso butter drizzled over the poached egg.
